Crux iPad case has extra battery, Bluetooth trackpad

Accessory maker Crux announced a new clamshell keyboard case for the iPad 2, the Crux Loaded. In addition to the keyboard, the Crux Loaded features a Bluetooth trackpad that the company says performs all iOS multi-touch functions. The case also has a secondary external battery that extends battery life by as much as 7.5 hours.


The Crux Loaded is expected to start shipping in fall 2011. The case can be preordered on the company website for $249.
